Ecole No. 41

Ecole No. 41,

The building of the winery used to be a school house of the French settlers. How come? In the late 19th century French Canadiens arrived and started farming the region. In 1983 the Ferguson Family transformed the schoolhouse in a winery. Today, the second generation is at work and the third generation is getting ready. The former acerage was extended from 20 to 200 acres. The winery is known to get high scores from the international wine press.
