Castoro Vineyards

The winery was founded in 1983 by Niels Udsen. His pathfindername was beaver in Italian „Castoro“ which became the winery’s name. The major part of the 400 acres is farmed sustainably. Solarenergy and the storage of rainwater are priorities. The production is at 60.000 cases.
