Vivid flavours of currant, cinnamon und cedar spring out of the glass. On the palate, delicate floral flavours unfold, some rose-hibiscus joins, later changing into ripe cherry and baked apple. The acidity is a tender partner of the lingering finish. 40% oft he fruit was fermented as whole clusters.
